Mr Florez installed cabinets in my kitchen approximately eight years ago. We have loved them and they proved to be of the highest quality. The installation went smoothly and there was never any problems with price or completing the job on time. However,after raising three teenagers some minor repairs needed to be completed on a couple of hinges. I happened to run in to Mr Florez and mentioned the problem to him. He sent one of his men out to repair the the damage caused by my children and refused to accept any payment for the repair. I have found him to be very reputable and appreciative of his customers.

Mr. Florez answered the phone and we got to talking. I needed a cabinet reconfigured in my home. After I described my project, he informed me that his schedule was very busy for the next few months and that he would not be able to get to me any time soon. I appreciated his friendliness, professionalism and honesty over the phone and therefore give him top marks in those above categories. But as we mutually agreed not to pursue an estimate, I checked and quot;N/Aand quot; in the and quot;Priceand quot;, and quot;Punctualityand quot; and and quot;Qualityand quot; categories.

I sat down with him and we worked on drawings. He gave me an initial price and we negotiated a significantly lower one which was still substancial, but the quality was spot on.

Hosea Florez and his cabinet makers did an outstanding job. The cabinets turned out beautiful. We had a problem with the color of stain in the media room, but Hosea sanded down the cabinets and made the color right. We are very pleased with our cabinets throughout the house.
