Very poorly. Quality of work was very poor and Raeckelboom sued us for payment for a $2000 shower pan we never ordered. Installation of drywall was amateurish at best, with finish not flush to wall and a piece of wood installed to compensate. Toilet creaks where he installed it on his poor foundation. Lights don't work. I would never recommend this guy for anything. Beware!

"I would like to offer some clarifications to the member's account of my work at his residence: His then-fiancee, now wife, had picked out the $1000 shower pan (not $2000). After job was completed, they refused to pay for shower pan. Contract was clear that it was for my labor; homeowner was responsible for materials. I had to take them to court in order to get the shower pan paid. The judge ruled in my favor. I would advise any contractors out there to be aware of him and his wife. This couple is impossible to please and very dishonest. I have plenty of satisfied customers who can vouch for my craftsmanship if you so wish a testimony."
