They're very good and an honest mechanic. They have good pricing.

They are very professional and have good costumer service. My only complaint was that they didn't balance the tires properly the first time. I drove on the new set for a day and knew immediately that there was something amiss. When I decelerated from ~30mph down to a stop, the car felt "wobbly." Had to go back in and they rebalanced the tires (for free, of course). They are fine now, but it is just frustrating to have to go back in to have something done properly... when replacing tires is basically the MAIN service they provide.
I have had several oil changes there also, and they always do a good job.

We were very pleased. They put the car on the lift and spent at least an hour going over the car from top to bottom. They were in the engine. They were under the car. They took the wheels off and checked the brakes. All this for $20. They found a couple of minor things and after owning the car for a while we found they were spot on with these findings. I would most definitely recommend this service for anyone thinking of buying a used car from a private seller or even a used car lot. It is $20 well spent. We were treated well. No one tried to sell us any services or parts. I felt they were very honest with their assessment.

This is the store I've been to repeatedly. My husband bought the new tires I needed for my Toyota Tundra here, so I get free tire rotations. I get coupons through Valpak for discount oil changes, so I take the coupons to this store. Walked in, asked if they had time to take care of the oil change and rotation, and no problem. The tech found wear on the outside of the tires, so they checked wheel alignment, and it was definitely time to get that seen to. They offer a one time price and a lifetime price, and knocked $20 off the list price of the lifetime, so I chose the lifetime deal. The tech got right to it. Total visit time was about 1-1/4 hours.At checkout, the guy forgot to reduce the alignment price and charged me the full price, which I didn't notice at first, being ready to get on to work. I looked at the bill as I left, realized the mistake and turned around. They apologized, applied the credit to my credit card right away, gave me a receipt, and that's that. I will go back for my truck maintenance.
