When I arrived, I checked in a went to the waiting room. 30 minutes after my appointment time I went to check and they said it would be a few more minutes. It was an hour after my appointment time before my car was on the rack. After the service was completed I drove off and noticed that the oil change sticker had not been put in my window.

My sons go to college in Greenville so Firestone has been taking care of our Honda and Jetta. All dealings with them over the years have been seamless. We recently changed the Jetta with an Audi and our son began having problems with the Audi. The manager, Marie was extremely helpful in trying to diagnose the problem and getting us to the right repair facility. We were very apprehensive trying to solve this problem long- distance (I live in Mississipi) but the team at Firestone was efficient, honest and simply wonderful. I will continue to take all my cars there.
