Wonderfully. The new roof looks good and was installed very fast. We found only a few bright green plastic rings and nails, but they cleaned up as best they could. We have a fairly steep roof, so this couldn't have been an easy job.

It went really well! The original estimate had not factored in replacing the roofing sheets, but once the shingles came off, it was clear the sheets could not be reused. This added  half a day or so to the project. The handrail on the deck was built to the incorrect height, which the crew realized at the end of the day; they came back the next day and fixed it. The crew cleaned up the yard well. Mark answered all of my questions before, during, and after the process, taking time to explain whatever I was curious about.
Later in the year, I had a strange noise coming from my attic. Mark came out, found the source of the problem, offered me several solutions, but also let me know that the problem wasn't dire. If I could live with the noise, it didn't need to be fixed.

Our estimate was thorough and accurate, the timeline was well communicated, the workmanship is quality and our questions were answered patiently. Mark Ferguson has been wonderful to deal with.  He has been very gracious as I have had many questions about different jobs that need to be done around our house.  He always answers my calls, texts, or emails and is willing to discuss and explain the details of the work that is to be done. His crew replaced the roof in one day and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. The painting and new gutters look great. I highly recommend Ferguson Builders!
