The price was reasonable. It was pretty standard. The workers are very nice, very easy to get along with, and very helpful. They pushed the seat back when they were done.

There was no cost because it was under a warranty.

For the maintenance of the car, I am still under warranty so I go to the dealership and I go to Fairway Subaru. My car doesn't need a lot of service. The first few oil changes come with the initial cost of the car so the cost of the last service was 0 dollars.

Very easy to deal with. No pressure to buy. Salesman always was there when I needed him, including coming in on his day off.

I took my car in for some extended warranty work because I was having some troubles with the power steering and a noise when I was turning. I worked with Daniel from Fairway and he went absolutely above and beyond my expectations. When I purchased this car it came with an extended warranty from the bank and Daniel called the extended warranty company and worked with them every step of the way. While there was some bumps in the road Daniel handled them with expertise. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for service.

Excellent.  When I had gone in to get an oil change, I showed them the hatchback and how it wasn't going up all the way and it was very slow.  They said it was covered under my extended warranty.  They would order the part and would put it in next week when it arrived.  I showed up on the scheduled date however, I was late.  They took me anyway.  They were very courteous and it was done very quickly.  I was very happy.
