EXECUTIVE DETAIL

First off, I will say that my car looks better than what I brought in…. but was it $200 better? Absolutely NOT. My husband got me a gift for the executive detail package. We had a 9:30am appointment and was told it would be ready around 3pm. At 4:30pm we still had not heard from them and called to find out when the car would be finished. They said they still had 30 minutes left to finish it up. I really don’t know what they were doing in those 30 minutes but they were not working on any detailing. We were unimpressed from an initial look through but as I drove back home and got an even closer look, I was really disappointed. There were areas that were not even wiped down that were noticeable just from my driver's seat perspective. The pictures I provide are what I took on my way home. Here’s the thing – I pay roughly $30 at a local carwash to have their superior wash all the time. What I got from Executive Detail was no better than what I get for $30 at the local car wash. While the car looks better than it did – I expect waaaay more than what I got for $200 - you know like a DETAILED service? Save your money folks and go somewhere else that gets the same job done at a fraction of the price.

the work was great at initial appearance. every exposed surface was cleaned and done well. I had cleaned out the middle compartments and they were not cleaned and if there was anything in or on an area ( paper in the door slot) it was not moved to be cleaned. Overall a great job with some of a learning curve for me on how to present the car for cleaning.

I had a horrible experience at Executive Detail, took my Tahoe only 8 months old to have a wash and wax done, when I got it back it had dried wax and a haze on it. The owner and his assistant told me that my new car had scratches all over it from previous washes, they also told me that the dealership could have delivered the car to me with the haze already on it. I look at my car in great detail after every wash and have never seen this haze nor scratches on it until I took it to them to be cleaned and waxed. I am very disappointed in the work that they did. Never will return to this business for service. Own up to your poor work and fix it, don't blame others and come up with ridiculous excuses for a bad job.

I first started getting my small SUV washed there in the Spring of 2014, and then went to them about once-a-month for the same, $30 wash, until December 2014. On my first few visits, they did an almost perfect job. From what I could see, they didn't miss a thing. My car sparkled inside and out, and I was thrilled! But, around the fourth wash, things started to get missed. I wasn't watching them clean my car, but it seemed like they stopped hand-drying it. It would be soaking wet when I walked out to it. Then, rather large, obvious tar areas started getting missed, and the inside of the windows weren't cleaned at all, which according to their website, is included in the $30 wash. The last time I took my car there, there were two, huge tar blobs left, in addition to the water droplets. I pointed this out to one of the guys, on the spot. He was wiping everything down, when I heard the zipper on his jacket hit my car - not cool. Zippers, belt buckles, pens in shirt/pants pockets, etc., shouldn't be allowed near a vehicle. As usual, I was in a rush and didn't have time to look at the rest of my car. It wasn't until I got to my next stop, that I noticed all of the exterior grime still covering my car. It looked like it hadn't been washed for several days! The recent 'less than' car washes could no longer be chocked up as exceptions or flukes. I had to call the owner to tell him about the condition of my car. He was apologetic, but kept repeating, 'Well, ________ has been cleaning your car, since the beginning., but I'll talk to him.' That response bothered me for two reasons: (1) I felt that he didn't believe me, and/or that he was making an excuse. A simple, 'I apologize and will speak to him,' would've been great.; and (2) It wasn't true. At least three different guys had washed my car. I know this, because I personally handed a cash tip to a young guy one month, then an older gentleman the next month, etc. He asked me to bring my car back later that same day or the next day, to have it re-cleaned. This car wash isn't located any where near my house or work, so I really have to go out of my way to patronize it,. Going back later the same day or even the next day weren't convenient options. That said, I told him that I might be able to swing by the next day, to which he replied, 'What time?' I understand that they're busy, but as a rightfully unhappy customer, I'd have thought that he'd be a little more accommodating. A response along the lines of, 'Your next $30 wash is on the house,' would've been more appropriate. Saying that I'd try to call before I arrived, I haven't returned since. Note: Since they're not located near me, I was always in a rush, and didn't notice things they had missed, until I got to my next destination. If you get your car washed by them be sure to take the time to closely inspect your car before driving away or at least call the owner after every, unsatisfactory wash. Because they started out doing such a fabulous job, I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt, thinking, 'Maybe it was just this one time.'

t made an appointment for 0700. They were easy to find and on site when I arrived a few minutes early. Since the package I chose was the high end most inclusive offered, I was told up front that it would take a minimum of 4 hours. So, I left the vehicle having no need to or expectation of getting it back for many hours. For that matter they could have kept it all night which I really expected them to with the condition it was in.
About an hour after dropping it off I received a call telling me that it required a bit of extra work on the exterior. Since the truck sits in the weather 24/7 I wasn't surprised. I then went about my daily business until around 1330 when I received a call telling me it was ready to pick up.
When I arrived around 1400 there it was sitting out in the sun with the hood raised. When I got a close look at the engine, it and the entire engine compartment were spotless and shinning as if the truck just rolled off the showroom floor. And, The interior was no different.
The floor mats and carpet were as clean as you could possibly expect a 8 year old truck could get. The leather seats were cleaned and treated and the dash and trim spotless and shinny. In a word, the entire truck looked FANTASTIC!!
I will be taking my wife's car down there soon. While garaged most of its life (its only 2 years old) and not nearly in as much need as my truck was, I want it to never get in the same condition.
Would I recommend these guys...not yes but h*** yes!! The did a great job for a decent price and they did it timely and professionally. My only regret is that before I left I tipped the gentleman who did the actual work on my truck. In retrospect I gave him far too little. But, I'll make it up to him when I see him when take them my wife's car.

Was trashed, they made it almost new. Fantastic job, very nice. Did a lot for the price. Best money I ever spent.

These guys did a FANTASTIC job on my interior. They got stains out of my Saturn Vue's carpeting and seats that we couldn't get out ourselves with a steam cleaner, going over them multiple times. They did such a stellar job that I'm bringing my car back to have its plastic bumpers redyed.

I had my car hand was for less than the automatic drive through. The car was completed inside and out in about 20 minutes. Great service and cheaper than the automatic wash.

Dropped the car off and they told me everything they were going to do. They told how long it would take. I left and they called ahead of schedule that the car was finished. They noticed a couple of dings that I had not seen. They asked if I wanted they to let their dent less repair guy fix them. I said sure. They car looks brand new. They went over and above my expectations. I will definitely go back.

They were great. It was the first time I had used them.
