Evergreen Custom Construction gets only high praises from The Bruce Family for the work they did on our home.We had several contractors come and give estimates for an outside renovation on our home. It seemed that most of the contractors we met with did not even want to take on the risk of repairing work that a previous company had done so poorly. Doug Oles at Evergreen Custom Construction was eager to take on the project and knew exactly what he needed to do to our home to repair the problems and ensure a proper renovation. Doug came out and explained his quote in person and made certain that we understood the scope of work and his quote as well as costs. He was very professional and has a great eye for detail. He supervised the job from start to finish, there was not a day that passed by when we did not see him outside personally overseeing the project . He and his team were so very courteous and precise. They insured that everything was up to spec and code and also went above and beyond in my opinion to take care of his customer. They even went the extra mile framing attic vents and taking excellent care of our custom color gutters that were brand new. There was not a scratch on them considering, they had to take them down and replace them to shingle our home, as well as light fixtures that were removed and replaced.All of this happened in a timely and precise manner with no glitches. Evergreen Custom Construction took on this project and gave it such a priority -supervising the project during its duration even though the project was not an expensive one for them. Evergreen Custom Construction builds multi-million dollar homes and does million dollar renovations. The fact that Doug and his company gave such excellent customer service to us a smaller project is just a testament to his honesty, integrity and virtue. My family and I were and are still extremely impressed with Evergreen Custom Construction and Doug Oles and would gladly refer them to anyone in need of a new home or renovations to an existing home. They went above and beyond and made us feel that our home was important to them. For that we will be ever grateful.
