About us

We service and repair European Cars ONLY and specialize in Volvo, Mercedes, and Saab. We also do some Rolls Royce repairs. Payment is due upon completion of repairs. We accept cash, approved checks, Visa and Master Card, and debit cards. We have a certified Volvo Master Tech, a Saab Master Tech and a 35 year veteran who does our Mercedes repairs and service. We have been in business for 21 years. We have an A plus rating with the Greenville, SC BBB. Mitch Madden is the owner/operator and has been in car repair for over 30 years. We have been at the location on Poinsett Hwy for 16 years so we are well established and well known in the Greenville area. We are conveniently located near the Downtown Greenville area. They need to work a little harder on their diagnostics as far as isolating a problem. In the end, I went and got my car to two different mechanics. And all the work they did was fine, they just didn't fix the problem. They replaced the parts and that didn't fix the problem. I think they did a good job on replacing the parts, but clearly it wasn't the source of the problem, or at least, it wasn't the complete problem. To be fair, the brakes really had a big issue. But after six weeks they weren't able to find it, and another guy found it in a day and a half. They're kind of expensive.

The light has come back on but it seems to be a new issue. I do not feel like they are a bargain but they are market value. I feel like I got what I paid for. The quality was good.

We took our BMW Z-3 2001 into the garage--but it was raining so hard no was there when they were suppose to open at 9am. Made 2 calls to get one of the people to tell me he was on his way---30 minutes later he did show. The Driver side armrest came loose--it had the wires and button to adjust the side mirrors. They fixed it and did a nice job--not sure how much it cost but I think it was $125.00. We have been taking our car to this shop for several and they did good work and it was reasonable compared to a Dealer.

When our usual shop just couldn't get us in, this shop was great to get us a last minute appointment and fix the problem. The customer service was good, prices much better then the dealership and the fact they have been around Greenville so long speaks for itself. I'd strongly suggest giving them a try for your European car.

I initially spoke with Mitch the owner and made an appointment to bring the car in. Mitch called me on the second day that my car was ready.To be perfectly honest I was pleased with the whole experience. I have found that most Mercedes repair costs are much more than I paid and I"m talking about minor repair. He was very courteous and professional. I will certainly use them in the future.
