Keith Walker was the Empire Today  sales consultant. He came to my house as scheduled and did a good job of looking at the areas, showing me his products and walking me through the process. We were able to come up with a good plan and an  affordable price. The installation crew called that morning to give me an approximate time of arrival. They came as planned and installed the carpet beautifully. They cleaned up everything and left. I still had some work to do in the half bath so I arranged to have it done at a later date.
A few weeks later, the installation crew came to install vinyl flooring in the half bath. There was a raised platform on which the toilet rested. They looked at this situation and explained that the vinyl sheet flooring was going to be problematic for me. They didn't think I would be satisfied with the result. They talked among themselves and tried to solve the problem and asked if I had considered luxury vinyl tile. Since this is used for stairs, they thought it might be a perfect solution. So, I called Keith and rescheduled for the LVT. I requested the same installation crew (Javier, his Dad and his Uncle) and they came and did a fantastic job! The LVT looks and feels just like ceramic tile and I am very pleased with the result. I can not say enough about Javier and his crew; they were friendly, professional, and highly skilled!

The Empire sales person was very professional and curtious and she brought a good number of samples with her to the house. We did not use Empire soley on price. Their estimate was bested by another provider.
