It took them a little time. But they were good. They did come down on the price after I talked to them. Overall, price was my big thing with that. They were real busy at the time. Keeping appointments on time and getting people out could have been a little better.

I ordered 4 tires on line. They were installed with lifetime balance and
rotation at the exact price quoted on line. Service was quick and
professional. The store was very clean and well ran.

I don't recall the specific date, it was a few years ago, but worth sharing.
I had purchased a new set of four tires from Discount Tire several months prior, and one of the tires had begun leaking. I took the vehicle in, and the technicians determined that there was a nail through the tire near the edge of the sidewall which was not repairable. I had not purchased the road hazard warranty on the tires. The manager Jose determined that the road hazard warranty on all four tires would have cost me less than replacing one tire at full price, and offered to retroactively sell me the road hazard warranty and then replace the tire under warranty.
It was a thoughtful move to save me money immediately and demonstrate the value of the warranty package. Smart move on his part to think long term of the value of a satisfied and potential return customer!

Several months ago we purchased tires for my Nissan Pathfinder. We have been so impressed we decided in August to purchase another 4 tires for our Ford Expedition. Not only are they very reasonable in price but their customer service is outstanding. I don't ever see anyone sitting down on the job everyone is always busy as as bee working. They have a special bay set aside for any customer who wants their tires checked for air or tread or really whatever, that you can pull into. They address you quickly and friendly and allow you to stay in your car while they check every thing to make sure all is well. If there is any problem they replace the tire. It usually doesn't take long and then you are on your way. Friday and Saturday seem to be their busiest days but they have several bays with several employees working hard to get your vehicle on its way. We have never had one problem with their work ethic or with the quality of the tires. One young man heard me say to my daughter that I need to go get a battery check when we leave and he said and quot; no worries with that mam, I would be more than happy to check it for you here and nowand quot;. Saved me a trip and time, which I am sure we all probably wish we had more of. I am very happy with this company and would love to recommend them to anyone who needs their assistance.

They thoroughly inspected the front end for damage, making clear reasonable explanations of the condition of the vehicle along with a recommendation for a timeframe for future work. The tires were fairly priced. They were helpful describing the various features to help me make a decision.

Their prices are a bit high but they provide quality tires. I would use their services again in the future if needed.

The balance/bibration issue was resolved.

I work for the Post Office using my own car to deliver the mail. I get nails and bolts and everything or anything in my tires. With their Maintenance service this covers free plugs or tire replacement, Which I have used. I drive by and they will even check my air for the right pressure.

They provide excellent service. They are very friendly and professional.

This was the first time I went to discount tire. I was impressed by how clean and brightly lit it was. The employees were very professional and repaired my tire quickly without charging me. I will definitely be going back when I need to replace my tires.

Great. They did not try to push the most expensive tires. Of course I did buy Michelin's because the price was good and I like them.

I was introduce to Discount Tires when my wife had a nail in a tire and stop for an emergency repair. We were not customers at the time. Not only did they take care of the repair, but did not charge for it. Since that time I have bought tires several times for 3 vehicles. The service is always first class and they go out of their way to get tires that they don't have in stock. Prices are alway competitive.,

After shopping around for a set of new tires (Michelin Hydroedge) I found the most competitive price on their website. They also offered a $50 mail-in rebate which was unavailable anywhere else. I ordered on-line and also made an appointment at the same time. I am happy with the purchase, but not with the installation job. All 4 tires were incorrectly inflated, even though their own shop order correctly specified 36 PSI all around. Actually they were between 32 and 33.5 PSI as I later measured; I used two different gauges. Also, all 4 alloy wheels showed scuff marks and scratches.
