Diamonds Choice is wonderful family owned business, i have always had a pleasant experience at Diamonds Choice. The staff is highly trained and knowledgeable. They make you feel like a friend not just a customer. They do all of their repairs and servicing on site which is awesome because there are a lot places that don't and they have to send your things off to another place and it takes two weeks or more to get your rings back for a cleaning, but at Diamonds Choice they sometimes can do things while you wait if not the turn around is just a day or two. Its hard to find business' these days that provide the incomparable service and friendly and inviting environment that the staff at Diamonds Choice does. i would highly recommend going to see Robin and his team for any jewelry or jewelry repair needs.

Dealing with this establishment was the most humiliating retail experience i've encountered the past 30 years of purchasing or consigning jewelry. I consigned my ring to them and was never told of their policy of not giving you your portion of the sale unless the original paperwork could be shown. I originally consigned my ring almost a year ago. When I asked if they had a copy of my consignment receipt because I no longer had it, they told me they have no records of merchandise and I would be unable to receive any compensation. I asked if I could show ID to proving that I was in fact the same person who entered into the agreement and the owner stated that it's against their policy. There was nothing on the receipt stating that you couldn't be paid without it, and they said they told me this almost a year ago which they did not. The owner finally gave me what we agreed upon from the sale of the jewelry, however he embarrassed me in front of other customers and my children were so uncomfortable in the store, I had to ask them to wait out front. He spoke disrespectfully and asked me if I had ever consigned jewelry before. He also stated i was rude and that because of this, he had been considering giving me the money I was owed and that he decided he did not wish to do so. I was visibly shaken from this experience and would never do business there again. The owner also yanked the driver's license out of my hand when I tried to hand it to him. I'll never consign any goods whatsoever because of the treatment I received as a costumer of this business. I witnessed the owner treating paying consumers much better than he treated myself, a consignment customer.
