We put $60,000 down plus closing costs, have credit score of 800, have zero debt. Closing was a delayed nightmare. (Though Tracee Snider was amazing.). During the blue tape walk through I was asked to sign that things were complete even though they were not, with assurances I would be texted photos. Photos did not come. Two days after scheduled closing blue tape from the walk through was still visible. They would not allow me to do a Fonal walk through the day of closing and after closing I noticed the painters had gotten paint on my cabinets. Not only that, the painters poured paint in my back yard flower bed and hid it with pine needles. (Not good for flowers, but who cares?) My dog found he paint, tracked it on our front porch, patio furniture, and inside he house. After our blue tape walk through, they came over to weed eat and tore up the columns. To repair it, they simply painted over the damage I'll add more later, as there is much more. At this time, I cannot recommend their services.
