CSI (Paul) eliminated all of the squirrels. He did a great job sealing up the house from the crawlspace vents and other openings in the foundation to all potential access points on the roof. He wrapped all fascia boards with metal, and at our request, completely wrapped all other wood to make the exterior maintenance free and squirrel-proof. He cut-back all trees and shrubbery to reduce access to the roof. Paul spent considerable time making sure he did a quality job and the exterior of our house looks much better than when he started.

The young man was prompt, friendly, professional and told me what to do to avoid this situation again. Last month, I had to call him again on a Friday night to catch a rabbit that gotten in. He couldn't come until Saturday morning at 9 AM, but he did arrive promptly then. The rabbit, unfortunately had died, so Paul removed it and then cleaned up all it's droppings, even moving the sofa bed to finish cleaning. I am recuperating from back surgery and there is no way I could have done that myself. He offered to do this after noticing my predicament. Then he left it up to me as to what the charge would be since the rabbit didn't require catching. On both occasions, he could not have been more helpful, efficient, or professional.
