Crestmont At Thornblade

Description of Work: This report is for a furnished one bedroom apartment. The management is disorganized and does not provide information specific to your situation. I received information that was not pertinent to my rental agreement and caused me to spend money that was unnecessary. The apartments have not been renovated since the 90's.The appliances are the cheapest they could find. The rental furnishings are low quality hotel grade - the bed is really uncomfortable. Overall, the campus is attractive, nice trees and clusters of apartments that have their own outside entrance. They recently upgraded the communal laundry facilities to be debit/ credit card friendly but there is no signage about the cost or length of time a wash or dry takes. Trash is one big compactor - no recycling. Your apartment number does not match your mailbox or your gate code so it is very confusing. Most of all, the sales people are friendly upfront to get you to move in but turn unreponsive once you move in.

Description of Work: Crestmont at Thornblade is in Greenville, SC. We are renting an apartment here while our home is being built. The facility is great, the apartment is clean and the management has been excellent. The complex is close to I-85 and just about everything else. Our initial contact was with Amanda Roshto who was excellent t to deal with getting the 3 month leases established. Faithanne Arnold is also with the management group at Crestmont at Thornblade and was excellent to deal with. Anyone needing a temporary apartment rental in the Greenville area would find this facility very comfortable. Staying here at Crestmont at Thronblade thus far has been a great experience. The cost was reasonable and lower than other similar types of facilities in the area. One of the items we liked was all of the cost for all utilities was inclusive in the monthly charge.
