Putting the windows in is not the problem.  They were put in on time, for the price negotiated. I am have MAJOR problems using the warranty.I am trying to getting some of them replace because of leakage and mold forming between the panes.  I emailed him the first of April and he told me they had been ordered.  I have not heard from him since.  I've emailed and called but have  \not from him or his wife.

Jim and Annalyn are wonderful people!  I had never been through replacing a roof and was stressed about the process.  All the work was done in a day and a half.  Roof looks wonderful.  I've had neighbors comment on how quickly it was all done. I was having problems with leaks prior to replacing roof on house, I have had NO problems since.  Found some nails after all work was done and Jim sent someone out to run the magnet over the ground again. 
I would have liked a little more communication before all the work had begun.  Again this was the first time I'd been through this and was probably needing a little more attention than someone who had done this before.
I had also used them for minor repairs to the roof prior to replacing and also used for repairing some siding and trim on garage.

.I thought that this kind of quality work was a thing of the past. The initial inspection was very thorough and detailed all of the problems with pictures and understandable descriptions.  We felt that we then knew exactly what work had to be done.  The work crew was very efficient and hard working.  Constant supervision from management was always available.  The attention to detail and explanations of conditions discovered when old roof was removed was easily understood.  My wife and I were very pleased with the end result.  They went the extra mile to make sure that the job was done perfectly.   We were able to communicate with the company representative any time we had any questions.  They treated us very well and expressed a genuine concern when we called or spoke to them in person.

I have used Jim Barnett with Creative Exteriors for years.  He has replaced a roof on my home, matched the roofing for an addition to our home, roofing for a garage, provided siding, added gutters to our home along with roofing done for several of our rental properties.  He is reasonable, honest, but more importantly, reliable.  I had an instance where a limb fell through a roof on one of our rentals & he was there the following day with hsi crew to take care of it.  Another rental roof was leaking; called in the morning & he had someone there in the afternoon to take care of it.  If he tells you that he will take care of something, you don't have to worry.  I recommend Jim & Creative Exteriors without any hesitation.

Reliable, was there when promised.  No surprise charges, excellent workmanship.  Very professional and personable!  Wonderful experience.
