Jim was very detailed in the initial meeting. I selected Creative based on Jim's detail and positive feed back on Home Advisor.com and very glad I did. All work was done with an incredible attention detail. The crew was friendly.I did not feel they were ever in a hurry to finish. I would highly recommend them to any work. I am going to have them back to install a ridge vent on my roof. I cannot find anything that did to my house that was not beyond my expectations.

The installation went just fine. The problem comes with trying to collect on the lifetime warranty.
Many of the windows have seal failure and now have mold or something growing between the panes. I contacted Jim Barnett by email around the first of April of this year. He asked for the serial numbers on the affected windows which I supplied. His wife Annalynn responded and said that the windows had been ordered and she'd let me know when they came in. To this date I have not heard back from them despite numerous emails and phone calls. It is easy to take someones money but for Creative Exteriors it seems to be impossible to carry through with the balance of the deal...the warranty.
I have copies of my emails to back all this up and since I have not spoken or heard from Jim or his wife since April I'd love to know their excuse for not responding.

Jim came to my home to give me an estimate on the job. He was polite,
professional, experienced, and took the time to speak to me and help me
understand the process and costs involved (as this was the first time I
needed a roofing company). His men showed up on time, were professional,
polite, and explained the process to me and the materials they were
using. They completed the job in a timely manner and went above and
beyond to clean up everything after the work. I highly recommend this
company and will use them again on my new home.

Creative Exteriors did an excellent job and with a crew, they managed to complete the entire job in one day. They cleaned up well after themselves and we've been satisfied with it ever since.
