My heat stopped working during Xmas weekend we called and left a message and within minutes David the owner called us back on Christmas Day ! And worked us in immediately! We were amazed he called us back so quick !! Sent Jeremy out and he did an awesome job !! Very professional and accessed the situation immediately! They all did an incredible job from start to finish !! We have used them for years and always will ! I would give them 6 stars if I could !

It went fine. He warned me it was going to COST. But when one has 2 choices and the first one is freezing for 2 nights, as I told him, and quot;Which one do you think I would choose?and quot; You got it.

He came out the next morning after my frantic call the night before because my heat was off. That day was the day Atlanta shut down because of the weather. I was so happy to see him. He fixed the problem right away and I had heat before the ice started.

I am having him back in the spring to check thA/C.

I was referred to me another HVAC tech, whom I'd worked with in the past. I called them for this downstairs furnace issue, after extreme cold temperatures in the area caused my furnace to not be working properly. After two visits, their response was I needed a new furnace, for $2,800.
Checked Angie's for a 2nd opinion, and called Crandall's. Keith came out as soon as he could, and spent about 45 minutes inspecting our unit. The condensation trap was clogged and the unit wasn't draining properly and cycling it's coolant system for the 92% efficiency unit we had. In the end, Keith was shocked someone told me they wanted us to replace our furnace, as the 10 year old unit was in and quot;excellent shape.and quot; Crandall was punctual, honest, and most importantly, able to save me a lot of money.

Keith installed a new circuit board to my furnace and updated the wiring to the unit. Two separate visits. He was prompt and professional. I would definitely use this company again!

On time, returned calls, worked with us well. Gave detailed estimates and honored quotes.

An excellent experience. Keith called before coming, performed service in a timely manner, at a reasonable cost, and a courteous manner.

Service tech was dispatched within the hour after I called to say that our furnace was not working. His examination and tests indicated a faulty circuit board on the furnace. The part was ordered and installed the following morning. We're very pleased with the prompt response, fair price, and professional attitude of everyone associated with this company.

The whole process took two and 1/2 days because Mr. Crandall needed a part. It might seem like a long time but he was on top of it all the way. The nicest part was he did some research and found out that the unit was under warranty, something I did not know. So I did not have and parts expense. For the effort he expended the labor cost was very much more than competative, it was great. USE HIM !!!!!!!!!!

I will use him again. He was prompt and he was here when he said when he would be. He did the work when he said he would do.

My current Heat pump was about 16 years old. Mr. Crandall installed a new one in a timely and professional manner. Work was done as quoted and everything works as it should.

We've had A/C and heater problems on and off since we moved into our house 9 years ago. We finally decided that it would be better to replace the entire dying system than to continue prolonging it's sad existance. We had 5 quotes and not only was Mr. Crandall's one of the most reasonable (two were in the $8K range - the rest ranged all the way up to $14,000 for similar systems), but he was prompt, with a nice group of guys who were always very personable. He started the day he said he would, they kept us notified of what was going on, and they made sure that we were completely satisfied. We definitely could have paid more for a larger company, but we were VERY happy to have found Mr. Crandall!

He is a very honest man. He is here when scheduled. I have no worries and I feel very comfortable leaving him in my home alone. It is nice to have someone so trustworthy. His work is great too. My air conditioner works great. I always tell others about his great service.

They've been excellent. We've had them come out repeatedly for other jobs in the past. They are very reliable and their work is good. If they give us a time on when they will be here, they are here at that time. They are easy to get along with and their pricing is reasonable and competitive.
