They came out on a Sunday which was nice, but they made assumptions about the cause of the leak and all they did was very poorly caulk a few spots, charged me $500, and the area still leaked. After repeated texts to the company they still haven't emailed or left a voicemail to return. $500 is a lot of money to pay someone to NOT fix something. I have pictures of the caulking too. After the fact, I had a separate roofing company give a quote for an entire roof replacement and they saw the "repair" too. I'll be using people I know for future help. For future reference, research who you choose to hire because anyone can take advantage of you.
