29687I have been very happy with James and his staff. I am in a difficult situation having to manage a property in Greenville, SC when I live in Chicago. They have been very helpful and responsive and so I have not had many worries to date (after a year of using their services). They collect monthly rentals, monitor the condition of the property, and address repair issues. They have always been prompt and courteous and I get called back very quickly if I don't reach them on the initial attempt. I have signed up with them for another year as the renter is staying put. I would do business with them on other properties if I had more to maintain.
