In March, 2015, our Microsoft office 2010 was giving messages from Microsoft that the product key needed to be registered or Microsoft would "shut down" Office 2010. We no longer had the key available to us so we called EBS and explained the problem. They told us to bring the HP laptop back in and they would see what thy could do. I brought the computer over to EBS today and Theron worked his magic while I waited. To make it a lucky St Patrick's Day, Theron did not charge us for his services today.
 What a great guy and business! We have an older laptop that we will be taking over for increased RAM memory and a major "tuneup" next month as it's still a viable home office computer.. We can certainly highly recommend Connect EBS to others for  their technology service needs

On July 2nd, I called Connect EBS and spoke with John who listened to our story and advised us that he was sure they could remedy the problems in a minimal amount of time and expense. I took the computer and flash drives to their office where I met with John and we went over the problems again. This time he had our computer and could see what was happening. John asked me to leave the computer and said he was confident it could come home  the next day. I noticed he put identifying stickers on everything including the computer, the flash drives and our power cord. John gave us a written receipt for everything and said they would call us the next day to advise. On Friday, John  called to say the computer was ready to go. I went over to pick it up and pay. Was pleasantly surprised at the low price. John explained what all had been done but I am not that computer savvy to be able to repeat it here. He told us we would qualify for discount on future repairs as repeat customers and that if we encountered any problems with the HP to call and they would walk us through or take remote control and solve the problem. All in all, we are very satisfied and will take our old DELL desktop over for a "tuneup" later  on. The computer is doing well since I am able to do this Angie's List report on it.

Connect EBS far exceeded my hopeful expectations in repairing the virus in my laptop. First I was surprised when on the initial diagnosis I was told the turn-arround time would only be 24 to 48 hours. Even when it was realized the laptop would need to be totally wiped clean and reloaded to remove the virus, the turn-arround time for the fix was still only 48 hours. Not only did owner, Theron Burton and his technician John repair and reload my computer, they took the extra time to sit with me when I picked-up my laptop as they re-set my customized functions and preferences at no additional cost. This kind of hands-on, quick and reliable service at a very competitive price is rare these days. I have had previous experience with 2 other local so-called computer repair businesses who charged $125.00 for the same and quot;serviceand quot; but required I hand-over my laptop for a minimum of 10 days and treated me like just another number.

Two weeks later (11/21/2013) my wife also bought herself a new laptop. We immediately called Connect EBS and got an appointment for the very next day for them to do the set-up. Again Theron and John amazed us with their immediate and hands-on service. My wife and I even and sat with John the technician as he not only performed the set-up task, but also did the customization to my wife's complete satisfaction. They were happy to take the time to even address minor functions, settings and preferences that most people would probably have to do at home after their computer was repaired or had an initial set-up. Again they were prompt in keeping our appointment, and quick to perform the work in the most complete and curtious manner. Their normal charge for this is $89.00, but since we were a and quot;returning customerand quot; they reduced the price to only $75.00.

My Toshiba computer had suffered an impact and was no longer working properly.  I found Connect EBS online, and saw that they had some very good reviews from customers.  I called the number that I found online and found them to be very friendly and professional on the phone.  I was told about the flat fee for working on the computer so I took my computer by the Connect shop for them to take a look at it. The guys there are very nice, and I felt confident that these guys would do a good job.  They had to go through the components of my computer to figure out was causing the problem.  They kept me informed every step of the process and when they isolated the problem with the motherboard, they called me with the cost of ordering a new one to get my approval.  When the job was completed, I picked up my computer and found that it was in perfect working order.  I could not be happier with the work that was done with Connect EBS and I would recommed them to anyone.

Recommend this company hands down!!! FAST service! Took it on a Friday afternoon, and had it back by Wednesday. So happy with this business. $89 labor plus parts charge can't be beat! Saved me hundreds of dollars! Will definitely use them again for any computer problems that I may have in the future!

Pleased with the whole experience. Did not try to push new computer instead of repairing old. Provided useful advice on selection of new computer. Did not try to sell performance or features that were not needed to satisfy my particular usage. Provided new computer in one day. Was fully set up, all files and preferences copied from old machine. And everything worked.

Walked in, told him the mouse wasn't working and he knew EXACTLY what was wrong. Fixed it in seconds!

I was in desperate need of an external/USB floppy drive reader to access some ancient work product files. I had called around town and much to my dismay, though not much of a surprise, no one had anything in stock. Im guessing because it was a comparitively small ticket item, no one offered to help procure one.
Then I got smart and checked Angie's List and found Connect EBS ~ all the reviews were from satisfied customers who ranked Theron with straight A's. My experience with EBS was 110% positive. Theron was on a service call when I first called, so I left a message, and he very promptly returned my call. I told him what I needed and why, and that my hunt had so far turned up nothing, leaving me pretty frustrated. Theron told me he felt like he could get me the product I needed at a reasonable price, very quickly. He told me he would be able to give me more details when he got back to his office and, again, called me product information and pricing as soon as he got back to the office, as promised, and sooner than anticipated.
Since I am one of those individuals who find even the simplest electronic devices formidable, I hesitated about having the hard drive shipped straight to me, and expressed my reservation to Theron. He assured me that the device was very basic - just plug and go, but also re-assured me that if there were any issues, he could walk me through. From start to finish, the level of professionalism and customer support I received was exceptional, and that was BEFORE i bought anything!
If I ever need computer support or service in the future, there is no doubt that I will call EBS Connect.

I called Theron Burton and told him my computer wasn't working. He told me to bring it in and I did so immediately. He looked at it, found the problem within moments! He was fast and fixed it right away. Now my computer works again and I'm a happy guy!

I was frustrated. I setup my wireless network but apparently, because it was dual band, I set it up incorrectly and it was fighting itself. It kept bumping my computers off-line. I also couldn't figure out how to attach the network extender. He repaired my network, set up the extender all in less than 1 hour. Fantastic!

My computer crashed and I really had no idea who to call. My previous experience with a well-known computer repair "squad" was not a good one, so I turned to Angie's List. After reading the reviews, I decided to call Theron Burton at Connect EBS. He was so pleasnt over the phone and I arranged to bring my computer to his shop within 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem ordered the part that was needed and my computer was ready to go the same day the part came in. It was such a short turn-around time (woud have been even shorter had I not accidently turned off my cell phone when he was trying to reach me). I have been very pleased with the results-my computer runs like new.

I called a few weeks earlier to explain my upgrade situation. He explained he could help me with this and gave me a quote over the phone for same-day service. I found this hard to believe based on what I knew job entailed, plus I wasn't in any hurry. So I called back the 8th of December, re-told my story and he said to bring it all in. I did that within an hour or so (10 am-ish). The office is clean and professional as is Theron, with whom I spoke. We sat as I detailed my objectives, what I had purchased. He asked a few relevant questions and consulted his own computer to confirm we were both on the same page. He had me go back to the work room and un-boxed my new computer, connected to a monitor, took off the side panel and said "ok" do you want the honors of hitting power for the first time? I had asked him to check it all out for me. It fired-up without issue. We identified parts together, like looking under the hood of a new car. No sense of urgency on his part. He asked if I wanted to name my computer and register it with windows, which I did. So, to shorten this a bit....he said it would be done later in afternoon, if wanted. I didn't really and told him to take his time. He removed and added as I wished, diagnostically checked my hard drive and had me return to the workroom upon pick-up the next day. Everything looked great and worked properly, he answered more questions I had. Everything he re-boxed as if brand new (the former parts) with tape and all. Again, no sense of rushing or trying to sell me anything. The price was as quoted.... $89.00. Unbelievable! Will return again.

Retrieved files from laptop that would not power on and had to be sent back to Dell for replacement. Provider gave me a firm price over phone. Price was based on service to be performed and not on number of hours it would take for data to copy to other media or size of files to be copied. All other providers in area wanted to charge me by the mb, which could have been expensive since it was digital photos and movies. I appreciated this provider's honest method of pricing and reasonable rate. Office was clean and pleasant. He let me wait while he copied my files. Provider himself was polite and pleasant. A professional all the way. I will use him again in the future if I need computer repair or data retrieval.
