They were hired, but the work was never completed. I put down my deposit and when they show up to do the job, they tell me it is gonna be $2k more than they originally quoted. They told me they'd give me back my deposit and give me an additional $150 for no negative online reviews. I told them to give me my deposit back but I wasn't going to be bought off and not inform others of their deception.

I really was hoping this company was going to be fantastic. Ben came out right away and started the job in just a few weeks. They showed up when they said and completed the pour in one d. The issue was when they were working they damaged the fence. John apologize and said someone would contact me. After 5 days I contacted them. They apologized and said John would be out to cut the expansion joint and see what?s needed to repair the fence. It?s been about 2 weeks and no one has reached out. I did get no less than 4 emails to review the company. I really wanted to wait until the fence was fixed so I could give a good review. I feel a company should stand behind their services and it an accident or damage occurs they should be on it immediately. No follow up, no call, nothing.

Concrete fixers are very prestige at their job enjoyable to work with very economical. I’d use them again I give them a 5 star rating
