Description of Work: Supposed to rid my computer of virus. When I got it home it still had many infected files. I asked them to add a DVD burner which they did only the computer would not recognize it. I also purchased a external hard drive. The computer would not save work to the DVD burners or the hard drive. Now it is locked up saying I need to change the password. I never had a password on it. They also did not set up my outlook express so I have lost all my addresses & e mails. Their conclusion was the problem was me. I have used Windows XP Professional since the 90s. I am no expert but I was not having these problems before I got the virus. It also had a 500GB hard drive & now has a 160 GB drive. I had an almost exact computer worked on there before that had Windows Vista & it did have a 160 GB hard drive. I could not get Robert to understand he was working on a different computer than before. I also had to take the Windows Vista computer back to have it reformatted. So it was I the shop twice for the same thing but they did make that one right. I was told to bring the XP machine back again but Robert has already decided the problem is me. He was very arrogant & somewhat angry when we talked on the phone. I will not take a computer back to them.

 + -1 moreComputer Clinic is a very pleasant company. They seemed to be very well organized. Right when you walk into the company, you speak to someone right up-front. They were able to get the job finished sooner than what they predicted it would take. It's worked perfectly since we had it repaired. We are very happy with how our experience with this company turned out.
Description of Work: Computer Clinic found some files that we had lost and restored them to the computer.
