Same as every year. No problems. They come on time do their inspection and leave.

Servicemen were courteous, respectful, prompt and on time. Our only complaint was with the owner Dale who was very argumentative and did not return phone calls and did not explain the contract in full detail.

They were always on time and willing to answer all questions that I had. I now have a 10 year bond on the service that they provided. Would call them for any future needs.

Overall, it went well. I had the luxury of choosing between some good companies with good recommendations. I went with Compass pest control and they didn't disappoint. My daughter has an intense fear of spiders, and they made sure they even treated areas they don't normally treat at no extra charge. Not many details when everything goes well. So far, no complaints, and they seemed to do a find job.

Technician was puntual, proffesional and explained all of the issues. They performed the initial termite treatment. I find them a pleasure to work with.

They are great. We have used them for about 20 years. They have always been good so we have got dependability. We pay them on a quarterly basis. We have used them for 10 years for termite control. They are coming in tomorrow.

They are wonderful. We have been using them for a super long time, at least 10 years, maybe 15 years. We have two contracts with them. We have the non chemical termite control around the whole house. I am a two-time cancer survivor - I was lucky. When we originally wanted to exterminate termites about 15 years ago, we had another provider who wanted to put holes in the concrete and then rubber plugging them with toxic chemicals. The person who was doing our master bathroom then suggested Bennet Schieber. We needed somebody to termite the ground. They offered me a new product where they just put the wood in. The termites would come and during the first year they would check every month, and if there was activity, they would remove the termites carefully and put in a compound that would not allow their shells to grow. They basically take it back to the nest and they just kind of crush themselves to death. There is no problem with the house. After the first year, they come quarterly and they just go around the house and check all the stations. Our house is about 75 feet long. We have a lot of stations. They let us know whether or not there have been any termite problems. If we have termite problems then they come more often. They do a really good job. Mr. Bennet retired and sold the business to Compass. Mr. Schieber is the manager there but he also comes out. So it is like a personal friend. They send the same people out all the time. Both of us have been very pleased. I don't have to worry about the chemicals. I have 3 cats and I was rehabilitating wildlife for a long time, and so they were very good about not leaving a big chemical smell. We are super pleased with them. They show up in a timely fashion. They don't try to sell me stuff that I do not need. I like their product. Mr. Schieber will do extra stuff like get a broom and take all the spider webs off the ground on the outside of the house. He goes up in the attic and checks there. He is very accommodating. Sometimes we have mice up there. I don't mind him getting rid of the mice. We have flying squirrels that sometimes decide to move in there. There is no way to keep them out. I told him that I did not want to have dead flying squirrels. He said that he would put a product up to see whether or not they are up there. I just think they are great. It is not so big that they come and do not care. They have always been very polite, timely and reasonably priced. I cannot say enough nice things about them. The price is very good. They call me quarterly and remind me to schedule the visit. They have had the same people working there forever. It is great. They are reliable. If they are running 10 minutes late, they will call and tell me. That is good. I would continue to use them in the future.

When I contacted the company it took a long time for them to get back with me. The manager with whom I spoke with was very argumentative. The approximate cost listed is for a years worth of service. I will not use this company in the future.

They only came out once a year to spray for insects. They used real high quality products because we haven't had any pest problems. I have used this company for 27 years and they would come out more if I needed them to, but I haven't needed them to.
