I had a problem and spoke to the head of the workers.  He was so rude and insulting to me.  I had other workers and they said they would never allow him to talk that way to them.  He said my house wasn't even worth doing that good a job.  He had roofers at 9 pm in the pitch black hammering.  I could not communicate with them because they didn't speak English.  It was so embarrassing, the entire neighborhood was annoyed, I had to call and have them removed from my roof.  He made fun me when I called, he laughed and said the "roofing fools".

I spent $14000 on the job. They are normally a reputable company, but I had a bad crew that did not complete the job in time. I had a tool on my roof that was left behind for weeks by these guys. They left one part of the roof felted with no shingles on it. They left behind nails and my father actually stepped on a nail. When I called them, a guy did try to come out. He made an effort and address what he could, but there was no much he could do. I will not use his services again in the future.

Extremely well!! They arrived on time, worked dilingently, neatly and quickly!! They did a great job of cleaning up after the job (unlike many of the other roofers working in the area). The guys were friendly, polite and very conscientious. I would always recommend them to others.
