 + 1 moreCharter are just cheap as a bundle and we have not had any problems with the service at all. They also have good customer service.
Description of Work: I use Charter for telephone, cable and TV.

 + -1 moreGood when it works, but be prepared for a rough time when there is a problem. Service and follow-up is frustrating and painful. Techs are rarely on-time, never follow-up, and if they can't fix it, they send out another tech (frequently a subcontractor) who starts all over again. No internal communication or coordination whatsoever.

 + 0 moreI have never had anybody at Charter Cable be rude to me but it feels like nobody is being straight. If I had an option, then I would change, I am not happy with them but I feel that I am stuck with them.

 + -1 moreTheir cable box, that I rent went out. We were given an appointment of 10-12...No show....Then they called and said they were on the way, 2pm. Wife sped home to meet them. NO SHOWThen I called again to find out the real story. Three different phone calls, three different stories..Then they were coming right over from 5000 Old Buncombe Rd....Two minutes from our house. No again...Two more phone calls from India...Say NO! to Charter. Their internet doesn't come close to matching their claims...OK...Then it is between 5-7...I am now shopping Direct TV
Description of Work: They needed to replace our HD cable box...That we lease from them at a very steep cost..

 + -1 moreExcept for the phone I have been with them since 1977. They service is very reliable and their internet is the best. The cable service price is high but us reliable. They are punctual after you make an appointment.
Description of Work: Charter Cable provide online, television and cable service for me. The last time I talked to them I added HD. They changed out my cable box.
