Roofing
We developed a leak in our roof caused by the failure of a boot around a ventilation pipe. Just a year previous (2008) we had the roof repaired by the original roofers (roof was new in 2004) but we discovered rotted sheathing and it leaked again when we had a lot of rain. I called the insurance company, who said the roof was not covered but they would cover the damage caused. They called Paul Davis Restoration, who brought in the roofer and determined the damage to the roof. Mr. Castillo made the minor repair the same day and at a reasonable price. He removed the shingles, replaced the plywood, and replaced the shingles and the repair is not visible at all. He was very professional and according to his card handles all types of roofing with all work guaranteed.
