Took it on Saturday and they completed work and got it back to me same day which allowed me to ride on Sunday.

The owner helped me - asked why I wanted a newer bike - what features I wanted, etc. Given that information, he began making suggestions as to what might work best for me. We ended up settling on a 2013 model - at a huge discount. He had the mechanic transfer all my gear from my old bike (lights, rack, etc.) onto the new one - at no cost. And he did this while I waited. Everyone was most helpful, humorous and knowledgeable. When I need another bike, I'll go to the same place.
