Carolina Contractors was the 3rd vendor we obtained a quote from. Both of the other vendors who looked at our roof said that there was no hail damage and that it was pointless to contact the insurance company. Zach Greene came and looked at our roof and felt that there was hail damage and that our gutters definitely had hail damage. He contacted Allstate for us. We arranged for the adjuster to come and inspect the roof. Zach spent 2 hours with the adjuster discussing the roof. The outcome was not a total roof replacement but they did cover some of the cost of the repairs for both the gutters and the roof.
His crew replaced our roof last Saturday. Zach came and supervised the replacement and actually helped with some of the work.
We were so pleased with the customer service we received. He was always very punctual and professional. We are very placed with our new roof and highly recommend Zach and his company.
