Carolina Choice Mortgage

Description of Work: Billy Howard, the proprietor of Carolina Choice Mortgage, invested an enormous amount of time and effort to help me correct my credit enough to qualify for an FHA mortgage. He applied on my behalf with several lending banks, and worked with them over a period of several months (beginning around March or April 2011, and culminating September 30th, 2011) to get me in the door. When it came down to the wire, near the end of the process, and the bank was requiring some minor work be done around the house-- painting newly replaced wooden soffits, getting some vinyl siding rehung, etc-- he not only found someone to do the siding and roofing work well & quickly, but also came out himself with a ladder to help me paint the soffits. This man won my loyalty, and did it not just by achieving our common goal of getting this mortgage, but by putting his own gasoline, sweat, and time into the effort. Please note that amount spent listed above was for the whole price of the house, not the share that went to him. I don't know that exact amount, as it came from the contract he has with the lending bank, not with me.
