Be sure if you do business with Campbell Tile that you get the quote in writing and not verbally over the phone from office staff. We received a quote for granite countertops and installation. We paid the quoted amount in full and received a paid in full receipt for the work that was performed. Two months later, we received a bill for an additional $5,000 due to a human error or computer error when the quote was given. We never did understand the explanations that were given for the mistake, however were asked to pay the additional balance. This is a horrible way to conduct business and treat customers.

It was an excellent experience from the planning to the final installation of my granite counter tops. David, Tony, Paul, and their staff came across as honest and professional in every respect. They have a large selection of granite slabs of various sizes in their yard. After narrowing down my preferred choices, they sent me to SLABCO regional granite distributors in Travelers Rest to make my final selection from their vast selection of granite. It was there that I found a beautiful slab that was transported to Campbell Tile for the installation. I was very impressed with the preciseness of the installation process that Campbell uses. First of all, they came to my home to measure and plot the surface area using a special machine to create an accurate template. Then they were ready to cut the slab to fit their precise measurements. A lot of granite places will charge extra for special edging but at Campbell you have many edging choices and they do not charge extra for them. Campbell also has many choices of sinks available whereas at the other places I looked, there was only one or a few choices for sinks. My granite is beautiful, the countertops were flawlessly installed, and I could not be more pleased with the job.
