I was recommended to BTU by one of my colleagues and I was very satisfied with their work. My thermostat just stoped working and they were on time, very professional and replaced my thermostat. Everything has been working great since. Now I know who to call anytime I need other work done at my home. price was very reasonable comparing to what others had quoted me before.

I had two companies come out last summer with no success (as they were not able to fix my issues) prior to calling BTU. When I called BTU - Can’t forget the date because IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY (July 24) Edwin came out and inspected the unit. The previous companies did a horrible job and installed my fan the wrong way. BTU fixed it up and had my AC unit working great. Price was very reasonable. This year, AC was working great for the past few months. But something happened about two weeks ago so I called BTU again and thank God they came as soon as possible as I have Asthmatics in the house and the techs came and replaced the Bad blower motor in the attic. Once again, very satisfied with the prompt response, again great pricing, all great and respectful people.
