Don't hire this place. They installed fence on my neighbors property and refuse to rectify it. They said its not their responsibility where tge fence ends up. Now I'm going to be charged 4k for fencing I've already paid over 9k for because of their error.

I would run as fast as possible from this company. We signed a contract in November, 2022 and were told the work would be done in about 2 weeks. Over a month later it was not even started and all communications stopped. Finally they came while we were on vacation and not able to monitor the work. When we got back home we saw several problems. The manager, Chris, assured us they would be taken care of. That was December, 2022. It is now May, 2023 and we have been told there will be an extra charge for fixing the final problem. When I pointed out we had a contract we were told it was the salesmanâ s problem and he was no longer with them, but they would not honor the contract. We have been promised over and over again that a post they put in the wrong position would be fixed and our existing gate would be attached, but they are empty promises. Each time it is â we will be there by the end of the weekâ . The last promise was a month ago. The fence itself is OK but many of the pickets are not spaced correctly and they only used one nail centered on each picket to hold it in which will allow warping. Now we are facing the task of adding nails (or better yet screws) on over 450 feet of picket fence. They didnâ t fill dirt in around the posts, leaving piles of dirt and clay and even cement in the yard. So, in conclusion, they do mediocre work at best and lie and break every promise they give you. This is without a doubt the worst company we have ever worked with. Unless you have endless patience and want to finish the job yourself, find someone else to install your fence.

They showed up on time and completed my fence in a very timely manner. They also took pictures and sent them to me via txt. Since I was working and wanted to be kept in the know. I felt communication was one of their best traits. I would hire this company again. ?

They came went right to work and finished in what seemed to me to be record time. I am well satisfied with them.

Had a great experience working with these guys. They came out same day to give me a quote. Once I was scheduled, the team they sent out finished the job in less than 6 hours. The quality of work was great.

Do not use this company! They did not start my fence project when they agreed to and became unresponsive. After two weeks of waiting, I was told the price would be double what I was quoted. Brookview cannot be trusted to follow through on the terms of an agreed upon signed quote. Owner Blake Bowden gave me made up excuses as to why the work was not started and then said he needed to double the quoted price because they have to build for a profit. Do not waste your time considering them.
