The Brick-Kicker inspected my 100 year old home before I purchased. They did a VERY thorough job, and presented a wonderful summary complete with pictures and in great detail. Six years later, all is still well.

They did a very good job. They inspected everything. I think they are a national company. They did an awesome job. They climbed in places that I would never climb. I liked everything. They were on time and did the job. They gave a great report. They had details that I would not even consider fixing and they identified things like that. I do have some contractors that I cannot stand, that I don't like. The price was too high, it depends for the amount of stuff that they did, one can pay less and get less things inspected. I feel okay. I paid it and they did a great job and pointed every little thing that was wrong with this house. I don't feel cheated at all. I went overseas and they came over and managed all this stuff and it was not a problem.

Mac spent four hours going over the home from top to bottom. My realtor was there for the whole inspection and my husband and I were there for the last hour. He was happy to have us follow him around so he could show us what he found. Was very courteous and good at explaining what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. Very patient with questions. His report was 16 pages complete with color pictures. It contained details down to a kitchen drawer not secured to rails and nail pops in the shingles! He caught that the master bath wasn't supported underneath and the hot and cold water were backwards. Because of his report, the seller is going to fix most of the small problems and all of the big ones so we don't have to. I would definitely use Mac again!
