I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR 20 YEARS. MY WIFE AND I OWN 3 ACURAS, ALL SERVICED AT BRADSHAW ACURA. THE REASON THAT THEIR SERVICE IS EXCELLENT IS BECAUSE OF THE TOTAL EXPERIENCE. (1) MY SERVICE ADVISER, JENNIFER RIOS, IS VERY CUSTOMER CENTRIC, FROM THE TIME YOU CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT, TO ACCURATELY WRITING UP MY SERVICE NEEDS (INCLUDING ALL THE SMALL SPECIAL THINGS THAT I WANT SUCH USING MY OWN MOBIL 1 OIL, POLISH, WAX AND TIRE SHINE). I NEVER HEAR SOMETHING LIKE "OH, THAT COULDN'T HAPPEN". SHE ALSO KEEPS AN ACCURATE RECORD OF MY SERVICE HISTORY, SO SHE CAN RECOMMEND SERVICE THAT I MIGHT NEED. (2) THEIR SERVICE TECHNICIANS ARE ALSO EXCELLENT - I GO IN AND TALK TO MY TECHNICIAN AND HAVE HIM SHOW ME THINGS HE HAS FOUND OR THINGS HE HAS DONE. THEY SELDOM OVERLOOK ANYTHING OR NOT REPAIR THE PROBLEM. IF THEY CANNOT REPRODUCE A PROBLEM I HAVE REPORTED, THEN THEY WILL SHOW ME HOW THEY ANALYZED THE PROBLEM. (3) THEIR DETAIL SHOP DOES A GREAT JOB - FOR EVERY SERVICE VISIT, THEY ALWAYS WASH AND VACUUM MY CAR. THEY ALSO DO COMPLETE DETAILING AS YOU WANT IT DONE, USING MY PRODUCTS THAT I SUPPLY. (4) IF YOU SCHEDULE SERVICE WHEN A LOANER CAR IS AVAILABLE, THEN YOU CAN BE GUARANTEED TO HAVE IT WAITING WHEN YOU DROP YOUR CAR OFF. (5) THEY ARE SO DEDICATED TO THEIR CUSTOMERS THAT THEY WILL EVEN WASH YOUR CAR FOR FREE ANYTIME YOU STOP BY.

The Collision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS) in my New 2011 MDX ADVANCE has never worked. They have tried 6 times to fix it. On 12/13/2013, I met with Aaron Nguyen, the District Service Manager and Erik Sandusky, Service Manager at Bradshaw Acura. At first we discussed the problem and history. Then, Aaron described the precise procedure for a road test to check out the CMBS. We then went on a road test of about 15 miles with Aaron driving and Erik and me as passengers. After about a dozen attempts, Aaron was not able to demonstrate that the CMBS worked; in fact he could not even make the 1st step work, which is for the orange brake light in the MID to flash on. Before I left, they asked me to sign the warranty work order, trying to coerce me into signing a statement made by American Honda that after a road test and consultation, there was nothing wrong with car and that the CMBS WAS WORKING FINE. This is a TOTALLY UNETHICAL WAY OF CONDUCTING BUSINESS. Obviously, I refused to sign and left with my car. Litigation is pending.

When I first moved to Greenville 7 years ago I took my car to Acura for servicing. Their prices are way too high for what you get. I've had a few issues with recalls that they have tried to scoot around as well as brakes and tires being far too expensive. Every once in a while I go back to see if it's better but end up taking my business elsewhere.

Very pleased with the level of service. It seemed like a lot of money but was in line with what we had found on the internet as far as charges for replacing an alternator on an Acura. They also replaced power steering hose and added power steering fluid and some sort of brake cleaner, all for free. Said it was still under warranty which was very surprising considering the car is a 2005. I would not use this garage for regular maintenance as I have a garage I like closer to my house but for something that should be taken care of by an Acura garage, I would definitely recommend Bradshaw Acura.

Had to order part for phone system. Took a while to come in, then they forgot to call me.
I usually get excellent service from Bradshaw. The only thing is they rarely ever have a loaner vehicle which is pretty common for luxury brands under warranty.

They did a great job finding bulbs for my dashboard, components to repair my inopertive ABS system, replaced my struts, repaced leaking camshaft seals, replaced my timing belt, water pump and all other belts and repaired my windshield washer.
This dealer is highly professional ! The service advisors are topnotch as is the service manager. Their technicians are well trained and skillful. Whenever you bring your car in for service, they perform a multipoint inspection for free and also wash your car when they are finished.
I have had my cars serviced here for 19 years. Presently they service all three of my cars; a 1994 Acura Legend (in showroom condition), a 2011 Acura MDX Advanced and my new 2012 Corvette Grand Sport.
I highly recommend them to service your car as I know you will be pleased.

Excellent experience in 2005 buying our first Acura TL. Excellent service from 2005 to present. Excellent repeat purchasing experience in June 2011.

This is the second Infinity that I have owned. I had the first one for 11 years and I've had this one for 3 years. This is the only place I take my car. I have been very pleased with them. They service the car fine and they are very accommodating. I have no complaints. I did need new tires before and I checked around and they gave me the most deal.
