1. continually raise prices directly after first bill and continually therafter. almost every third month. the first three months of service our price was raised without explanation or prior notification. No tickets, no accidents, nothing prior to the price jacks. 2. If you are unfortunate enough to have an accident, they will severely undervalue your car as they did mine by over 20%. then call it "salvage" so they can jack the montly prices on the other end. 3. they lobby our government to get rediculous laws passed so they dont have to pay. 4. They wont ever send out an adjuster. Even cut rate insurance companies will send out an adjuster. This place wont even do it upon request. 5. They dont care if you cant get your car to a "repair facility", they just send you a letter stating the claim cannot be completed. Even if they know you only have one car, and thats the one that shouldnt be driven. 6. The rental car agreement won't get you a car that can actually replace your vehicle, ie: if you need a car that can handle plywood and equipment, they simply refuse. 7. this office in particular had been soliceted to make things right several times and not only failed to do so, they simply refused to and cost me my job as i had no way to transport myself or equipment. 8. this is not "insurance" by any means as they have failed on all important points of insuring a car. Simply put, they are more than happy to take money, but unwilling to bridge the gap when you actually need something. 9. at this juncture, it would be LESS EXPENSIVE FOR ME TO HAVE HAD NO INSURANCE AT ALL! ie: I have paid more for insurance than the cost of all of my vehicles put together, plus maintenance. Factor in the losses of having to pay out of pocket to repair a vehicle they are supposed to be covering for an accident someone else caused... just not worth it. Furthermore, they then have the audacity to try and sell "life insurance" and cancel claims because your car cant make it to a repair facility in some wholely arbitrary time frame.

Brad's customer service is exceptional. He truly cares about his customers - what's best for me and my family. Not to mention, Allstate has the best discounts and programs. I was able to update my policies and save money at the same time - no hassles. And, even without all the discounts, I would still choose to go with Brad Hughes and his team. They are always so friendly, courteous and professional. I know that they are not going to try and and quot;sell meand quot; something I don't need but rather what's in the best interest for me and my family.
