I met with Sharon to discuss my needs and wishes in buying a house—one level, 3 bedrooms, garage, fenced in yard, established neighborhood, community pool and near the university. All of my criteria were met in a matter of 2 or 3 sessions when she found my perfect house. Sharon always made herself available and did not waste my time showing me properties that did not fit my requirements. She knew her territory and the market. Negotiations, inspection and closing all went smoothly and since I was new to the area, Sharon was extremely helpful in providing names of service people in the neighborhood, always professional and friendly, but never pushy.
