This is the perfect place to do your cushions and furniture when I say the Best is the Best I have a terrible experience in other places in the past now I’m very pleased in here my new cushions are looking perfect and on time they work perfectly fine thank goodness they recommend me this place

They reupholstered a sofa. We picked out the fabric. When the sofa was delivered to us, we noticed that the fabric was installed inside out. Mr. Hawkins said he went to the fabric store to ask them which side should be out. He says the fabric store told him it was correct. I disagree. Mr. Hawkins should have asked us which side is the side we wanted on the outside specifically, instead of asking the fabric store. We feel that there's only one obvious acceptable side. He said he would work with us but we would need to pay the labor. The labor is the biggest expense. They now want an additional $475.00 for that mistake. I want the sofa re-done because the fabric is inside out. I don't feel that we should have to pay to fix his error.

Fabulous job. Looks like a new $3500 sofa! Promised in 2 weeks but took more like 6 weeks. Time was not an issue for me.

I removed the seats from the dining chairs and took them with the fabric to Best Upholstery. They recovered the seats and put a nice fabric on the bottom also to cover the staples. I picked them up in a week and put them back on the chairs. They look fantastic.

We dropped off the cushions and fabric and in a week we picked them up. The workmanship is great and they were finished quickly. It looks like we have a new sofa and chair for the price of the fabric and $120. Awesome!

I called them on a Thursday morning after I had removed the pads from the chairs myself. I had attempted to do the job but soon realized that it was better left to professionals. I found them on Angie's list, called them up, discussed the project, agreed on a price and dropped the pads off at their business around noon. They were ready for pick-up the next afternoon just as promised. The quality of their work is very good and the pricing fair.

We couldn't be more pleased. The workmanship was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful from the day I dropped off the fabric until the delivery of my beautiful furniture.

Mr. Hawkins was very responsive, and came to our house to show us fabric samples. He worked with our schedule when determining a time to come. During this initial visit, Mr. Hawkins was very professional. He answered any questions we had, but did not offer opinions on fabric unless we asked. We thought we needed our cushions rebuilt, too, but, upon examination of them, he informed us they were in good shape, even though not rebuilding them would mean less business for him. He promptly ordered our fabric, called to arrange a pick-up time as soon as it came in, and picked up the furniture when arranged. The work was done quickly and when promised, and it looks great! The overall price was right on target with what my husband and I had expected to pay (before contacting Mr. Hawkins) for the project. We're very pleased with our "new" furniture and would definitely consider using this company again.

They were excellent. They did good work and they were very punctual. They had it ready when they said. Their prices were very good and comparable to the other places.

We have used these folks to redo most of our furniture and they have free pick up and delivery. They were very quick about doing the work and always on time. They did a very good job and we recommended them to everyone. We were very happy with their work.
