Awful service - DO NOT USE THEM>>>>>>>> Tire was good and fixed. However, when the technician drove the mower onto my trailer he hit the mower deck. Did not think anything about the hit until I went to start the mower and the blade was hitting the side. Cut the mower off and it would not restart. Paid for a new starter that took 4 weeks to get the part at BECO. Took the mower to a different Small Engine Repair shop in Travelers Rest and they fixed my mower. The problem was I needed a NEW starter. This techinician indicated the old starter was NOT new and had to be replaced. I will be going by BECO tomorrow to express my concerns over their techinician not fixing the problem I waited over 4 weeks to have fixed. In the mean time I had to have my land bush hogged as it was too tall which costs me 100.00. The reason given for the 4 week wait (from BECO) was to buy the starter from an after market provider (was not given the option to not buy from after market.) When I asked how much extra it would have cost to buy from Snapper - $4.00 extra. So I wasted 4 weeks and spent 100.00 for them to save me 4.00. AWFUL service and Mower still not working after waiting a month. DO NOT USE Battery and Electric.
