Gregg responded quickly on a Saturday morning, when our furnace stopped working, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the hot-surface igniter or whatever it's called! Charges were reasonable. Service was prompt and courteous.

Gregg saved us a lot of money by being honest. Honesty is everything in the heating and AC business. I will use them if need be in our new home. Super nice, polite respectful and helpful.

He has been taking care of our heating and A/C for the past seven years, and he has done a superb job. He only comes out when I require it. I asked him if I needed him to come out once a year, and he said that I would be wasting my money.

They got the fan very quickly and installed it. It is one year later and the unit is working great. Woody recently (July 2011) came by to look at the ducts and I asked him to take a look at the compressor and air handler. Woody agreed that the unit still is cooling fine and the ducts are intact. Woody did not charge us for the recent trip to inspect our hvac. He and his son Greg do fine work.
