Customer service has been very poor. The office manager keeps telling me that I am on the repair list, but they have been telling me that for months. Meanwhile, my ceiling is about to collapse.

Excellent. They did a great job. They explained everything clearly and cleaned up afterwards.

Outstanding work. Responded very quickly. Quote was in range. Used top tier methods and repaired mistakes by previous contractor. Cleaned up well. A friend of mine who is a home inspector said they were the only company he would let near his roof. I can see why.

My only complaint with the company is their very poor communication once I signed the contract for service. I had to call twice to get things moving then was given only a few hours notice when they were going to start the job. I had to reschedule my clients for two days and change my schedule all last minute. They called at 4:45 one day to say they would start at 8 a.m. the next day.

Excellent company. Very good job on replacing 50+ squares of roofing. Highly recommend Jerry & his company.

Carlton Roofing responded quickly by coming to my house to evaluate the roof leaks and provide an estimate. The repairs were made a couple of days later. Everyone I dealt with was professional and punctual. I would definitely recommend and will reuse Carlton roofing when/if I need future repairs.

I priced it out with 4 other roofers and they came in the cheapest. A is too low of a grade for them. They came out, worked very quickly and I'm a little pesty and kept climbing on the roof to look. I would point out something and they would immediately fix it. You can beat them. They are Mexican and even though we did not speak the same language we communicated. He gave me a price for putting 4x8 sheets on top on the wood and then roofing shingles. But they came to a place on the front porch where the joints were coming apart and they replaced them no extra charge. They replaced some of the slats that had dry rotted at no extra charge. I was supplying the sand but I got the wrong kind of sand so they had to come back out and they did not charge extra for that. Then there was one place where the rain was coming in between the gutter and the fascia board, they came out and said we know what to do to fix it and they did at no extra charge. I kept calling the guy that owned it and I kept saying let me give you some more money and they say we are happy with what we got. If you are looking anywhere else there is no point.  When I called, I spoke to the owner and he knew who I was. Very warmly professional. I am 64 and he said I would never have to put another roof on my house, but if someone asked me I would say stop calling around and use them.

Received an estimate for the work to be done on Tuesday and received a call late that day that they could replace my roof the following day.  Everyone I spoke with was very professional from the lady who answers the telephone to the crew who replaced the roof.  I couldn't have asked for better service.   I highly recommend B & F Roofing Company to anyone needing a roof.

They were very busy so it took a while to get the job started but once started they did a great job.

We had no problem getting a solid estimate from B&F Roofing and enjoyed working with Tom Fowler.  We visited the warehouse to view some materials because we were having a hard time deciding how to handle our back porch roof.  We had a different type of roofing put on our back porch because it has a low angled roof. The product for the porch was called flintastic. We also had a shed in the backyard re-shingled to match the house.  The crew was punctual, polite, and careful in their work. They paid attention to details and did a good job with finishing touches.  They did a decent job cleaning up.

Crew arrived on time to work, replacing roof that same company installed 23 years ago, several hail storms did not damage enough to qualify for insurance replacement. Price beat competitors by 15 %. Second job from them!

It has been raining in my house for about 2 years now around some flashing on a pipe vent. When I bought my under 1000 sq ft home around 3 years ago it came as is - including the roof. The home owners insurance wouldn't cover the roof - it not only leaked but it was warped too and kind of wavy. The fascia was black and rotten and the gutters hung crooked. When it rained it actually rained in between the gutters and the wood supporting them. It took us a long time to save for a new roof so we shopped around very carefully. In all I called about 10 roofing companies and got 7 quotes. I cross examined each company by doing random Google searches on their name, using Angie's List and looking at their BBB rating and the length of time in business. B&F was the last quote I got. The guy that came out to give me a quote was very friendly and VERY informative- he was one of the owners of the company - I want to say Tom Fowler was his name but I've since lost the business card. He took the time to explain what a ridge vent was and why it wasn't' the most effective solution for my roof.  I was also wanting  architectural shingle instead of 3 tab roof which cost more but I like the look of it. He suggested I stand down at the base of my drive way and look up at my house. The way my house sits and my roof is pitched you can barely see the shingle shape.  It sounds kind of stupid but I had never stood there and looked at my house like that. He suggested I not put the money into architectural shingle but instead use it to replace some of the fascia that was black and rotten and really an eyesore and eating away at my house. By this time I was pretty sure this was the roofing company I was going with - not only did they not try to ridge vent my house - which has worked fine for over 50 years but he also gave me good advice on the best way to use my money to make it go farther in improving this old house. And then he went into design mode too and said if I add some shutters that match the roof my house will really start to look like a home. I'm going to do that - it really was good advice. So I got my quote the same day, I called them the next day to hire them. They are also one of the oldest roofing companies in Greenville and if you do good work you stay in business.  It rained for a few days and the first sunny day the roofing crew came out.  They were fast! The roof came off - 4 rotten boards were replaced - and they were very rotten! Black and crumbly. The new roof looks amazing - it was exactly on quote and done in one day.  B & F also  recommended a fascia and gutter crew to come out and take care of the problems with the fascia and gutters.. This crew was called Rainman gutters and they also did an amazing job. They reused my existing gutters and just replaced the rotten wood they hung from, the fascia and protective covering stuff for the exposed wood. It looks great! They were right on quote too.  And they did it in a day and I didnt have to shop for a reliable company again. So I give an A+ to B& F Roofing Company. Helpful, informative, efficient , friendly, and most importantly a GREAT ROOF done right!

Went very well, from the initial visit to the final payment, for which they allowed time for the insurance to mail its portion. They professionally and promptly addressed any concern I had.
