I was told at the time that most times it breaks when removal is attempted and that a new windshield would need to be on hand. They broke it, of course, and charged me to replace it. It leaked on the first rain and has ever since. After three subsequent visits, twenty miles of commuter traffic, and hours of wasted time, I still have the leak. After 16.9 inches of rain in July(6 is normal), i went back to see if management had changed. New manager Tammy told me that the new installer could help and that most of the time the window CAN be removed without breaking...so i scheduled an appointment on 9/13/2013. Superstitions aside, Friday the 13th was a horrible waste of my time. The new management, Tammy did not show up and had an installer answering the phones. Neil had customers waiting and had no record of my appointment.
