Melinda is a former beauty instructor who has great attention to detail. Her haircut is very precise and well done. She listens to what you are saying and pays attention to her work. After going to many stylists who chat with their co-workers while highlighting, and generally seem distracted, Melinda is a wonderful breath of fresh air and professionalism.
