 + -1 moreWe ordered/ purchased a couch from salesperson Charles. Initially our experience with this company was very bad. Several months after the transaction we wrote about our experience here on Angies List. When the new management was made aware of our dissatisfaction, Charles quickly made things right. I had no idea we would ever hear from this company again, so kudos to Charles and the new management for addressing the issues.
