Description of Work: Dealing with Doug Whitehead was a great experience. He meet every need that we needed to complete the job for our relocation company. Here was on time and worked over a weekend to get the job done as quick as possible. In fact when I called him he came out that night to look at her job and what needed to be done. And complete the job in record time. Was always professional in everyday. He also came out when the relocation inspector did the inspection to make make sure there was no problems. If you need any type of mold remediation this is the guy you want. He gets the job done. Also gives a 5 year warranty of his work. |If I could give him a higher rating I would.

"shoc Wave" EPA registered fungicide test all wooden members for structural integrity and encapsulate using"MOLD-Stat" and "Killz" entrained sealant Doug was on time for every appointment. Explained everything in easy to understand terms. His professionalism and customer service were impeccable. His knowledge of mold remediation was solid. He addressed all our concerns and assured our family that when he was done there would be no mold in our wall. His crew was respectful, friendly and professional. Great team. I would highly recommend this contractor. His price was impressive as it beat out to other company's. Doug made a stressful situation a positive experience for our family. if you want only the best for your family then hire Doug at Array of Solutions. Doug was also featured on news channel 7.

Doug Whitehead was a pleasure to work with. He was on time, polite and explained everything the job would provide in easy to understand terminology. Doug's services were also very reasonable. I contacted several vendors to perform the same tests'/cleanup and prices varied greatly. Not only was Doug's quote one of the least expensive; he provided references and photographs of his past work. Knowing that I would be trusting whomever was awarded the job with the health and well-being of my family, it was also important to me that the individual hired had been in the community for several years and has impeccable references; Doug does. I would definitely recommend SC Mold Removal to my friends and family.
