Do not use Josh with arch construction. His crew is not experienced. Every trade in the project was bad. Framing wrong, not to code. Drywall not attached properly, electrical not working, mudding of drywall bad, floor install wrong, squeaks and damaged, and roof not installed to code. I had to fight on everything - lucky I know a little about construction. I think some of the crew not speaking English is ok, but I need at least 1 person on site that speaks English so issues can be understood. Do not use and do not pay much up front!!
