They cleaned the vinyl on the siding without us asking them to. This is my first time using the company, and I am very happy with the results. The products that they use to spray are safe because they won't harm plants and grass or cause the shingles to come off either. The roof looks brand new after they cleaned it. They said that the work was guaranteed for 3 years. It will probably last for 5 years because they put the seal finish on after cleaning to prevent new stains from getting on.
