We had a major water problem under our home when we got a lot of rain. We contacted American Exterminating Co. and Phill Pearson, the owner, came out twice to explain what we needed to do to solve the problem in his professional opinion. We had also contacted other resources for input but we felt American Exterminating Co would do the best job. We had a crew of 4 men who worked on the project for three full days I might add that the crawl space is very close the the ground. They all were very professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. You could also tell they enjoyed working with each other. At the end of the job they asked us to go under the house to inspect their work since they prided themselves on their work. The next day Phill Pearson came out again and went under the house to inspect the work as a follow-up.
The final cost fell within the estimate we were given ahead of the work being done and they also gave us a veteran discount. We are confident the work will solve our water problem for many years to come. I would not hesitate to use American Exterminating again for other projects and woulld highly recommend this company to others.

We have been using them for probably more than ten years. We pay them the same amount most of the time.

Being relatively new to the area I didn't know what Pest Control company to call when I started to see a few insects in my home. I looked here at Angie's List hoping for some guidance and wasn't encouraged. It seems most pest control companies want you to sign a long term contract these days and I was not interested in doing that. I just wanted dead bugs, now. We called American Exterminators though there wasn't a review written for them as of yet. I was willing to try them with no report available rather than call any of the ones reviewed here for one reason or another. I decided I'd just chance it. I am happy to say the guys came and while one sprayed under the crawl space and all around the outside of the house the other gentleman sprayed my entire home. He was very thorough and very professional. I will know soon enough if the bugs are gone but I can say right now I was happy with the curtsey shown me and my home and the professional manner of the service. I feel the total cost of $125 was a good value for the services rendered. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to my family or neighbors. Thank you American Exterminators for sending such professional people to my home.
