All in One Insulation & Home Improvements, Inc.
About us
All in One Insulation is a different kind of insulation contractor. Instead of simply insulating just enough to meet code, we insulate to save energy and save money. Instead of insulating for conduction only, we insulate for all three methods of heat transfer: conduction, convection and radiation. We provide free estimates.

When the work was done and I came to look at it, it's like I never even spoke to a single employee of this company!!! They drilled through my wood walls, the faux paneling splintered all over the place, it was not a clean cut hole like I was assured it would be and he drilled the holes anywhere from 4-6 inches down from the ceiling, NOT at the top like he said he would.
When I sent a detailed and distressed email, I was contacted by the owner of the company. He came out to look at what I was talking about. He acted like it was no big deal and did not accept any responsibility (I'm sorry my crew messed up). He did offer a solution in terms of doing a different type of crown where you lay a 1x6 along the wall first and then put the crown. Only when I pointed out that that was going to add more work, materials and therefore cost, did he offer to bring me some 1x6s. Which they did. I still had to point out that it was going to cost me extra to fix it in terms of more wood for my trim guy to stain and install and that when I found out exactly how much that would be, I would take it off my total invoice.
My trim guy was delayed a couple of weeks so in the mean time I sent a payment for half of my invoice. Before I went to send the final amount, I thought I would just double check the rest of what they were supposed to do. It was then that I discovered that they had not put down the vapor barrier under my house like they were supposed to and like they sent me a bill for, nor did they insulate the entire back wall of my first floor (which I had not realized initially from inside, since they were supposed to access it from the crawl space, thereby minimizing the holes inside that needed to be patched). I find it very disturbing that they billed me for work not completed in an area that I was unlikely to notice unless I went out of my way to check.
In short, they ruined my walls after ignoring very specific instructions, and billed me for the whole job without completing it.
"This is an unfortunate situation that we just could not set right. There were areas in the crawl space that were too low to work in and there was framing that obstructed hole placement that couldn't be rectified. Being the owner of the company, I tried to do what I could by buying extra wood and I was willing to do whatever we could do to satisfy the customer but she refused to pay for what was done and asked us not to return. Unfortunately the salesperson did not explain well enough what we could and could not do and therefor the customer had the wrong expectations. This situation was addressed with the salesperson. It is our goal to provide our customers with prompt, courteous service at a fair price."
I was emailed a quote for fiberglass insulation but then changed my mind after doing some research and finding out
the negatives of fiberglass (especially flamability) and the advantages of cellulose (recycled material; more pest resistant than fiberglass and more moisture resistant).
I scheduled a time to have the work done. They came and after 2-3 hours completed the work.
Ron came out and inspected all the work and made his workers come out and complete some of the crawlspace insulation work that he felt was not up to par. I appreciated that the owner of the company crawled around underneath the house to make sure the job was done right.
I would use All In One insulation again. Actually I need them to come out and put blowers on my gas fire places. I am very satisifed with their work and look forward to reduced electricity bills as a result of having the radiant barrier installed.
