All About Flooring of SC

The installation was totally unprofessional work, as far as we had to insist they fix 2 areas where the quarter round fell into the gap they left. We had told the salesman when we made the purchase that is was extremely important that the cuts be as straight and as tight to the wall as possible when installed. He assured us his installers were good. Also we had one area that looked so horrendous I wish I could attach the photo here. We could have done the amateur job that they did! At the end the installers were hauling our 3 extra boxes of tiles out to their truck. We told them we had paid for them and we were to keep them!

Was not asked by sales rep if I wanted stained or painted quarter round; left an obviously defunct vent open so there was a hole in the floor...never offered to repair it. The floor scratched easily afterward, and theses rep very rude to deal with when I tried to resolve the issue

The installer did a good job overall but there were issues. There is poor communication b/w installer and homeowner....A very obvious, defunct vent in floor was cut around open so now there is a hole in floor....he had my cell phone...all he had to do was call. No one asked if we wanted white primed or stained quarter round. I naturally assumed they would match the livingroom which was stained. They put in white so we had to get on our hands and knees, tape off flooring and paint 100' quarter round. The worst experience is when I called Duane Creps about a scratch on floor which probably occurred after I pulled a lightweight chair across ir. All I wanted to know is it under warranty and can it be repaired. He very inappropriately said, "well whoever did THAT did it with great intention!!" What homeowner would knowingly scratch a new floor? We got the Mohawk Superior vinyl after hearring nothing but wonderful things from him. Then he had the disrespect to say, not just once but 4 times, "Well...I'm not sayin you're a liar but...." which by the very nature of the question ....that's exactly what he was saying. The 4th time he said it to my face in my home I had to ask him to leave. I called the store manager and told him what happened and I never heard back from him

We went here just to see what would happen after waiting 12 days for a big box store to send someone out to measure.  We were immediately greeted and offered help. Connie answered all our questions and showed us the best carpet for our budget.  She said the measurer could be there the next day.  He did come and the carpet was ordered.  It arrived when promised, two days later.  Installation was scheduled for the next week--we said we'd wait for their best installation crew having had a poor installation previously with another business.  Scott and his crew came a day earlier than promised and did a wonderful installation job.  Nine days from start to finish.  Needless to say, we canceled our order with the big box store.  We would do business with All About Flooring again.

I've used them a couple of times and they are a pretty decent company. They are very prompt and very professional.

The work went exactly as planned. The cost matched the estimate. The installers arrived when they said they would and finished on schedule. The kitchen was restored on time. The work was of high quality. I highly recommend this provider.

The two installers came right on time and even moved the furniture before prepping the old flooring and then laying the new.  Three months later we are still ecstatic with the new floors.

Mr. Mayfield came out took pictures, made suggestions on the type of flooring.  Called back to give price.  The work was done completed in a professional manner.  I would highly recommend the sales person and the installer.
